Why do we fight poverty & injustice?

Robert started sponsoring George through Compassion International in 2009. However, Rebecca was not fully on board with the idea. Not because she thought sponsoring a child living in poverty was a bad idea, she just wasn’t sure it could actually make a difference.

Fast forward to 2016...

Robert and George had been writing letters to each other for 7 years and Robert decided to go to Uganda to meet George in person. Rebecca knew this would be a life-changing journey and was not going to let him take it alone.

Since they were traveling around the world anyway Rebecca decided she should also sponsor a child to meet. His name is Rogers.

It was a life changing journey!

Not only for Robert & Rebecca, but also for George, Rogers, and their families. Rebecca saw first-hand the difference sponsoring a child could make. Now she is committed, not only to sponsoring a child, but to being a difference maker.

Where are we now?

It began with Rebecca painting portraits of the children they met and having art exhibitions to give a voice to those children by speaking about poverty and how sponsoring can change lives.

Robert makes functional items out of clay and Rebecca paints pictures for your lonely walls. Together, they are Prince Art Studio…a legacy-based business fighting to end poverty and injustice around the world. In addition to raising awareness through their art, they also donate 15% of the purchase price to these efforts.

Who We Partner With

Compassion International

When you sponsor a child, you’ll be personally connected with a boy or girl who will know your name and treasure your care and support. For just $38 per month, you can provide life-changing opportunities such as:

  • An Opportunity to Attend or Stay in School
  • Medical Care, Which Often Saves Lives
  • Nourishing Food
  • Mentoring and Training for Parents and Caregivers
  • Opportunities to Hear the Gospel.

Child sponsorship works! Millions of children have “graduated” from Compassion’s sponsorship program and are now responsible, fulfilled Christian adults. Allow God to work through you in the life of a child in poverty.

International Justice Mission

IJM is a global organization working to combat sex trafficking, child sexual assault, and forced labor slavery by partnering with local justice systems to:

  • Rescue and Restore Victims
  • Bring Criminals to Justice
  • Strengthen Justice Systems

Freedom is the most valuable gift of all, and $24 a month means you can send rescue every day. By becoming a Freedom Partners give a voice to those who’ve been silenced.

It All Matters

We know these numbers are not impressive yet, but we want to share the whole story and these are the numbers since October 2021. If you decide to join us in sponsoring a child or becoming a Freedom Partner, please use the links above. We don’t receive anything from it, but it helps us track the the impact.

Thank you! ~ Robert & Rebecca
